Data we may process

We may process identification and contact details such as name, surname, email, phone number, language, city or stay reference, message sent and data required to manage an enquiry or booking.

During the booking or stay process, we may request booking holder details, number of guests, dates, preferences, payment information handled by authorised providers and documentation required for traveller registration where applicable law requires it.

The website may also collect basic technical data such as accepted cookies, language preferences, device information or browsing data required for security, operation and analytics where applicable.

3

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to answer enquiries, send requested information, open or manage direct booking, coordinate arrivals, verify acceptance of terms, provide support during the stay and maintain website operational security.

The legal basis may be user consent, pre-contractual steps, performance of a booking, compliance with legal obligations or legitimate interest in protecting, administering and improving the service.

4

Bookings, providers and communications

Bookings are managed through Aparsol's official booking engine linked to each accommodation. Necessary technical providers may process data required for availability, payment, confirmation and stay management.

We only share information with providers that need to participate in accommodation management, support, payments, communications, technical maintenance, legal compliance or security. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

If the selected accommodation corresponds to Hostal Asunción or another associated accommodation, the necessary data may be communicated to the relevant operating party to manage the stay.

5

Retention, security and rights

Data is kept for the time required to handle the request, manage the booking or stay, comply with legal obligations, resolve incidents and retain reasonable evidence of the relationship.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or misuse. No system is absolutely infallible, but access is limited to those who need to process the data to provide the service.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability or withdraw consent where applicable by writing to admin@aparsol.com. You may also file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you consider that processing is not appropriate.
